1. Explore Forbidden Caverns

You’ll explore the caverns on a 55 minute tour with a guide who will lead you through the cave and point out all of the spectacular formations! Be sure to bring your camera as you’ll be able to take photos when the tour has come to a stop at certain points within the cave! Forbidden Caverns is located in Sevierville TN and is just a short drive from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

2. Enjoy Snow Tubing at Pigeon Forge Snow

Another great way to cool off during a summer vacation in the Smoky Mountains is with snow tubing at Pigeon Forge Snow! That’s right, you can go snow tubing all summer long at this indoor snow park that is the first of its kind in the United States! The indoor ice arena at the popular mountaintop amusement park is ideal for both beginner and professional skaters, as it offers a handrail that runs around the perimeter! Just strap on a pair of rental skates and glide across the ice on a rink that is large enough to have hosted the Ice Skating Institute Team Competitions in the past!
