Everything was wonderful. Our place was beautiful and clean, which is a big priority to us! The location was perfect. Have nothing to complain about!

All was good. Smooth processes for check in and check out.

We had the best time! Check in/out was a breeze! We loved the cabin! Only complaint is the water in the hot tub smelled of mildew. We would stay again for sure!

Cute Cabin, good location and clean. Few fixings needed....some of the shade slats were broken need to fix. Hot tub was nice.

Everything was great, except the bed in main floor bedroom. Very hard mattress. Had to sleep in upstairs bedroom.

Check in and checkout was super easy. All through email and text. The cabin was nice and cozy. I would suggest having a tv in both bedrooms not just one. Over all the cabin was nice. Not as secluded as I would have liked but it was still nice.

Everything was really nice and clean. The only thing is you need to put that there is not a pull out couch online and a tv in the upstairs bedroom would be nice.

Staff was friendly upon check in and when calling house keeping. Mountain Hideaway cabin was fairly clean (some previous dog hair) and spots of mold starting in the bathroom. Overall, we had a great time and no complaints!

Cabin was clean and inviting. Kitchen ware was sufficient. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. We did stay in a pet friendly cabin so we could bring our dog with us.....it would have been nice to have a broom or vacuum in the cabin so we could sweep/ vacuum throughout the week .

Cozy cabin not far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was very clean and well equipped for cooking. Needs a new couch, but otherwise a great place.

No issues, cabin is located in a good spot between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. As others have mentioned, the couch is all but shot.

We loved the cabin we stayed in and would stay again. We really wish there was a skillet though. The kitchen seemed to have everything but any skillets.

Awesome place to stay. The cabin is on top of the hill and it was amazing. We even heard a bear running down the mountain one night. Really peaceful and beautiful location

Very nice, very clean! My only suggestion would be that since it is a dog friendly cabin it would of been nice to of had more of an area (grassy) outside that the pup could of walked around to do her business, and maybe a gate on the outside stairs so that she could of been a little more free up on the deck. we had to leave her on her all of the time while we were there outside.

Couch and chairs need major upgrade. Not enough dishes to prepare meals. Dryer took several cycle to get clothes dried. Had to change light bulbs that were out when we arrived.

We loved the cabin. The area was so convenient and very quiet. We have stayed with you the last 3 years. We are already having discussions that if we stay with you the next time that we could select the same cabin. There are only a couple of changes that we would make. The living room furniture could be updated and the bed in the upstairs bedroom was not very comfortable (the pillows were like pancakes. $30-40 would make a big difference). There was also a little trash between our cabin and the next. That is just info to make things better. Overall we loved the stay.

The cabin was nice although the parking was difficult,and it was on a one way street. We usually come down in September, but this year we came down in July because we brought our grandson, and he starts school this year.

cabin was in a nice secluded area, cabin was clean, driveway was a little steep for a compact car , liked the hot tub

The cabin was perfect. Our time there gave our family so many wonderful memories.

It was a lovely experience and the property was well kept. Nicely perched and on top. As it's name suggests it's quite a hideaway and easy to miss location. Good place for a family of 4-6. Thanks for the amazing time.

Our cabin was small but cozy. Everything was wonderful, but the driveway was horrible! It was straight uphill. We had to use 4wheel drive to get in! We had no issues and the lady at the desk for Checkin were awesome! We will be back!

I loved it all. It was to far to walk to town for us but the drive was easy and short. The house was large ,clean, and nice. Thank you so much!!

The chalet was great. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice location and enjoyed the spacious cabin. Check in process was a little rough as we were told by rep that they would email all the information when He cabin was ready. They failed to do so and we did need up calling back to request information.

The staff upon check in was pleasent and informative. The cabin is secluded which we absolutely loved. Next time we will be sure to bring our pup. The pillows on the first floor are disgusting however, I took the white cases off because I thought the cases were dirty and that’s why it smelled funny, turns out the pillows are yellow and stained a lot. I slept without a pillow. The kitchen is appropriately filled with plate, cups, mugs, pots and pans. A lot of the pots however are also disgusting and it was fairly hard to cook in them because they are so worn out. Other than that, everything was great.

cabin was very convenient to everything. It was clean and neat. but cabin needs a blender and new pillows and blankets for the bed. pans also need replaced. But overall we had a great time.

It was great and I’m already thinking about planning another stay in the near future 🙂

The cabin was great. We had every thing we needed. We had only one problem. Getting up the drive with wet leaves, we were unable to get traction until we swept the drive off. After we cleaned of the drive we had no problems.

Cabin was terrific at aunt bugs . We will definitely stay again. Have already referred aunt bugs to our friends.

Cabin was just the perfect size for us. We loved that it was a bit secluded and had some grass for the dogs. We would stay with Aunt Bugs again!

GREAT CABIN NEEDED BLIND ON FRONT DOOR SEVERAL BLIND S NEED TO BE REPLACED THEY ARE BROKEN. LOVED GAS FIREPLACE PLEASE BE CLEAR ABOUT WHERE TO LEAVE KEY AS INSTRUCTIONS IN CABIN-- STATED TO LEAVE ON COUNTER SOMEONE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE LEFT IN KEY BOX. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

The staff here were wonderful. We really enjoyed the thoroughness of the paperwork in how it helped us to plan and what to expect once we got to our cabin. The cabin was nice; although, I wished it had WIFI. The staff was very helpful and everything went well during the week of our stay.

This was our first stay in one of your cabins. Very nice accommodations and beautiful setting. Particularly enjoyed the hot tub. I was a little concerned when we arrived because of a broken dining room chair on the deck and the living room swivel rocker leaned a bit to the right making it precarious to get in and out safely.

We enjoyed our last trip so much we came back and had another great cabin.

Words cannot express our happiness. The listing is an understatement and the services were prompt courteous and timely. I would recommend this above any other. I've visited Gatlinburg many times and have never been more satisfied and I will always use this service and this particular cabin in the future.

You all can be very nice although this time when I came to register the woman helping me was on the phone and didn't bother to get off. When I was trying to ask questions she didn't seem very helpful.
