Communication, check in and check out were seamless. Place was just as described and very close to all the action in Pigeon Forge. Wonderful stay for a couple or family of 3!

Everything from easily checking in/out to having all the necessities readily available were terrific. The only downfall was that we were unaware that there would be a community of RV users right behind us. They were a bit noisy. Also, it would have been nice if there were a bigger area of privacy around the hot tub.

Quiet location right off of Wears Valley Road and close to all the action. The key wasn't in the lock box when we arrived, but Aunt Bug's got a key to us quickly. We were very pleased with the cabin and will book it again.

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.

*Rescheduled stays will have 6 months to come and must stay in the original cabin booked.
