The entire experience was amazing. We loved all the amenities being offered. My son loved the hot tub. The whole place was super clean. Very smooth check in and check out process.

I had planned a weekend trip to the mountains expecting it to be me and 3 of my friends, however, the trip turned into a family girl's trip involving my children and some of my grandchildren and my sister. Knowing the cabin I rented was not big enough I contacted Aunt Bug's office very last minute and they quickly accommodated me with a bigger cabin in the same area so we still got to enjoy the running water in the backyard. I cannot express my gratitude enough. This was a wonderful experience for all of us and thanks to the understanding of Aunt Bug's cabin rental it was possible. Again, thank you so very much for affording this rare opportunity for my family to have this wonderful time together in such a beautiful setting and place to stay.

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.
