The cabin was nice and close enough to what we wanted to do to be able to walk. When I unexpectedly got sick while there we were able to add an additional day with out problem.

Staff was super helpful. This was our honeymoon trip and we came in a little late and they accommodated us because we hadn’t checked in yet. We are really appreciate that. they stayed on the phone until everything was in order.

The cabin we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. It was very comfortable and clean. Aunt bugs management is very helpful and friendly! We had a great time!

This cabin was very cute and quaint. The location was perfect...very close to downtown Gatlinburg. I definitely want to stay at Aunt Bugs next year but on the river!

The only complaint I had was there was no dish soap and sponge to wash dishes. Everything else was great!

Love the cabin and thank you for being dog friendly! It can be tough to find places we can travel with our dog. Your cabins are beautiful and we loved the hot tub!

Very cozy little cabin. We had a great time and would recommend Aunt Bugs to family and friends. I would have liked to have been a little closer to the center of downtown Gatlinburg, but other than than no complaints whatsoever.

Everything was exactly as described. We loved the area and the mountains

Cabin was neat/clean upon arrival. (Regardless, we still sanitized all surfaces and washed all dishes/pots/pans/bowls/cutlery.) Hot tub was clean and chemical levels were within appropriate levels (checked with test kit I took with us). No deficiencies noted. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Everthing was great. Really nice place to stay. Only one small complaint; the normal cleaning was great although the cabin needs a deep clean. Dust and spider webs on ceiling, boards on walls and light fixtures. Probably 2 men 4 hours.

We thought at first the cabin was small but it fooled us when we walked in. There was plenty of space for us newlyweds! This cabin was very clean and cute! We adored and are committed to coming here every anniversary

Check in was great, we really liked the property and location. I wish the inside was a little cleaner, also mold is growing on the wood above the shower. Only other thing is wish there was steps to help with getting in and out of hot tub. I have a leg with nerve damage and struggled with getting in/out of hot tub. Other than that we loved the property.

Everything about renting with Aunt Bugs was simple and easy. Once we checked in we weren't disappointed at all. The only complaint was that we had to call about our check in email AFTER the check in time to receive our information. Once I called I got the email immediately. We had been killing time just waiting to go to the cabin.

We enjoyed our time. Loved being able to use the hot tub. My suggestion would be a thorough clean of the cabin for cob webs and dust (lots of cob webs both inside and on the deck).

THE CABIN WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME ON OUR STAY! THE LOCATION WAS GREAT AS WELL, WE WILL STAY WITH AUNT BUGS RENTALS AGAIN.

Everything was clean and cozy at the cabin. The hot tub was amazing! Management called and checked in with us during our visit to make sure everything at the cabin was satisfactory. I loved that it was so close to downtown we could just walk about 1/2 a mile to get downtown Gatlinburg rather than trying to find or pay for parking.

Not a bad little place to stay. Just make sure you check the dishwasher if you do not have any silverware. We had one spoon and one fork for 2 days, then found everything still in the dishwasher. Why do you have to pay a pet fee? If you are going to stay here, make sure you bring your vacuum cleaner with you. They will charge you if they find any pet hair on the floor.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Linger Longer. the cabin was cozy and well outfitted for our stay.All of the amenities were as described my the company. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing.
The only difficulty we had was trying to find our cabin at night. It took us 2 attempts to find the correct road. Some improved signage would be a great addition.

Great customer service, lovely little cabin! One issue; it was not clear that this particular cabin did not have a washer/dryer. Otherwise, all was wonderful.

Overall stay was very nice. I would stay again. Cabin could have been a little cleaner. LOTS OF DUST AND COBWEBS

The cabin was perfect for us!! The bed was so comfortable and to be able to cook with out having to go out every meal was awesome. We definitely will be staying with Aunt Bugs in the future. Jason and the staff was exceptional in helping us.

We enjoyed our stay, although we wish there was some grass or pet area for our dogs to go potty. We liked the peacefulness of the area as well as the private balcony to the back of the cabin. However, we do think the cabin could use a good, deep cleaning, and the curtain rod by the windows looked like it was broken or bent, which doesn't give a good first impression.

My husband and I arrived to find the cutest little cabin! Everything was so clean and inviting. They even had fresh clean robes for us! It was so close to town but yet very secluded.We will definitely stay here again!

We decided to rent a cabin close to downtown Gatlinburg. Upon checking we found the staff very kind and professional. The directions to the cabin were right on and the cabin itself was just as we had hoped only better. Even though it was closer to town the privacy was perfect. The private outside hot tub was perfect and my wife an I enjoyed it at least twice a day. I highly recommend Aunt Bugs for Cabin Rental and will be coming back soon.

Cabin was great. Clean. Well equipped. A tad difficult to locate, but well suited to our desire for seclusion (after we found it). The ONLY problems that we found was that the hot tub was nasty and had an odor and could never connect to Internet. Also, what's up with a reservation fee? Over the top...

Our stay was excellent. We would definitely rent through aunt bugs again. However, the jets on the hot tub aren't very forceful, like there was only a low setting and not a high.

Everything was great. This is our third time staying with you, and were iooking forward to the next stay.

great except for alot of spider webs in the cabin like everywhere and kitchen floor sticky other than that we will still come back every year we love it there.

The cabin, Linger Longer, was perfect for my visit. It was a last minute decision to visit the area, and this worked out perfectly.

The cabin was perfect. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The hot tub was already set when we got there and there was already pots and pans available. I would definitely recommend this place as well as come back.

Cabin was clean with only a couple of problems. No sign up that deck furniture was still wet with new stain. Ruined two good pair of pants as it didn't come out in wash. Ant infestation on kitchen counter by coffe pot. But I took my own bug spray and knocked that out.

The cabin was clean and somewhat secluded from the nearby city of Gatlinburg.

My husband and I celebrated our 16 year wedding anniversary last weekend. We enjoyed our cabin that we rented.

We booked the day of coming to Gatlinburg, Friday morning, I called and said I needed a 2 person cabin that was also pet friendly. It was a holiday weekend and you had holiday specials going on in it was perfect!!! The lady on the phone was very helpful with finding us a cabin and the cabin was everything we needed. It was close enough to town that we had no trouble walking into town which made it nice that we didn't have to try and find parking on a busy Saturday night. The cabin was clean and we were very happy with all the added touches like having what we needed in the kitchen. I have no added suggestions it was perfect and we will definitely be back again and with our furry child which we never leave at home! He had a blast running around outside there was plenty of room for him to explore.

Everything was great very clean. We loved having the little cabin. Great location too. One reason I can't give it a 5 is I love to grill and it said a charcoal grill and it turned out to be a Electric grill. Other then that it was perfect.

First, the cabin was great. Everything was clean, hot tub was immaculate. Fireplace did not work but we decided it must be turned off for summer. Second, the customer service was a little lacking. When I entered the office at 8:00 on Thursday evening there were two women behind the counter and I was not greeted with a hello or anything for at least 30 (probably more) seconds. I stood there waiting awkwardly until finally one of them said in a short tone, can I help you? From then on she was courteous enough. Lastly, the digital document signings a good idea, but please work out the bugs. When I got the email to sign the contract, I actually got 4 identical emails simultaneously asking me to sign the same contract. I did one of them, but he next day I got 3 emails asking me to remember to sign the contract. That was two days ago and I have since gotten the same three emails twice. Please fix this. Also, someone at the office told me they did not get a finished copy of the document; I got one, so I forwarded them my copy. Another thing: I am not comfortable with the office having my credit card numbers sitting in a document or having my card photocopied. There must be a better way to accomplish what you are setting out to do. Because of less than stellar customer service and the awkward contract signing, I will look elsewhere for a cabin first next time, although, since the cabin was nice, I will not rule out Aunt Bugs.

Cabins do need some up dates but service was overall pleasant , we would stay again but in a more secluded area.
