Overall nice place to stay. Just need more wash cloths for the guests. Five wash cloths for four adults over five nights!! Had to wash cloths and towels twice during our stay.

Great experience from start to finish. Might want to add instructions on how to turn on fireplace and that it doesn’t put out heat, hot tub set up on time and how to use lock on door (some old people don’t know how to use these item).

Our only two complaints about our stay with you is more towards Hidden Springs in general. There is a HEAVY sewage smell in many places. Also a lot of garbage in the view off the deck. We totally get that it falls on the people staying there that continue to throw their garbage in the ravines too. No complaints on the cabin itself. For the sewage smell alone, I’m not sure I would recommend Hidden Springs itself.

Cabin was beautiful and well-appointed. Post-reservation process with Aunt Bug's after reserving through airbnb was confusing and conflicting. Neighboring guests were obnoxiously loud until 6am. I would definitely consider staying again with a larger group, as this was a fun, if not terribly relaxing vacation.

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger.
