The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had all the necessities for our trip. The only downfalls were the excessive amounts of flies both died and alive. Thankfully the cabin had fly spray that helped kill the flies, but it took about 2 hours to kill the flies plus sweep them all up once they died. Lastly, the hot tub was not very hot and we couldn’t figure out how to make it hotter. Besides that, the house was great!

I’ve used Aunt Bugs for cabin rentals for years now. They make it really easy and smooth so our time is our own. The cabins have always been clean, prepared with basic supplies for the 1st day or so. We always bring our own bathroom tissue, soap and dish soap. They supply towels and washcloths, but not a whole lot, so I take a few extra from home. Overall, Aunt Bugs makes sure the cabin is ready and waiting for us when we arrive. The staff is always very friendly.

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.

*Rescheduled stays will have 6 months to come and must stay in the original cabin booked.
