We had the very best time over the Christmas holiday!

Spent a very peaceful time in Aunt Bug's cabin. The cabin is close to many attractions around town and the place is very quiet. There was a private pool there that we spent some time just relaxing in the cool water. I loved the rockers on the big porch, where I spent some more quality time relaxing. Overall, it was a vacation of relaxation.

My family enjoyed staying at this cabin, they are looking forward to another trip in the area again soon.

Great communication. The cabin was exactly as pictured online. A problem come up with the hot tub and someone had it fixed the next morning. The location of this cabin is great. I will be back.

We enjoyed the cabin a lot. The pool was great, and found the location very convenient. Having a kitchen, and washer and dryer was fantastic. The only issue that we had was that the cabin felt very dated. A lot of the furniture was not very comfortable to sit in, and the TV remotes did not work. All said, I would look for another opportunity to stay at one of your properties.

We had no way to keep the raccoons out of our trash, and they came every night. But other than that, it was absolutely fantastic. When we first went in we found a few minor necessities missing, but the items we requested were brought to our cabin within ten minutes of our bringing it to your attention. Super responsiveness, and I appreciated that. Great vacation, we’ll have to do it again. Thank you!! Peter

Excelente place for vacation! We have a wonderful family time

House was great. Only a couple of things that were a miss. One not enough towels and no pool towels so we had to do laundry of those everyday to be extra cautious for covid reasons. Tv upstairs in bedroom as well as tv downstairs had issues. Tv upstairs the volume barley worked, you could have it all the way up and it sounded super low. Tv downstairs in living room wouldn’t connect to cable (luckily I brought a Roku with me). Other than that stay was great.

The cabin was ready for us upon arrival, clean and neat. The only issue was the pool was cold. Once we contacted the office, staff arrived quickly to warm things up. We were able to swim comfortably that evening!

Cabin was nice kids loved the pool. We left some new pool tools for the next family ❤️👍

Pool table not level. Can’t play a game of pool. Tvs in down stairs bedroom doesn’t work.

The pool table isn’t level and is impossible to play a good game. Other than that, our experience was wonderful. My wife, children and I made memories to last a life time. We are already planning our trip back!

Great service, priced fairly, clean and maintained. We stayed at Gone swimming. The pool is a decent size and the kids loved it. Hot tub is made for 2 but 2 adults and 2 kids fit comforable. Wish they would leave the fireplace on a little longer into the season, was a bit chilly and would have been a nice. Would give 5 but the cabin but nothing is perfect. Would highly recommend and will more than likely return in the future..

Most everything was wonderful! Just please turn the heat up in the pool room during winter. And remember to leave dishwasher tablets so we don’t have to go out and buy them especially if you want clean dishes before we leave! Otherwise everything was great!!

We enjoyed family time in the cabin and area. The game room and pool was fun.

It was a great cabin. We loved that it was close to Pigeon Forge. We will stay at it again.

Problems with the downstairs toilet getting clogged

toilet issues in the downstairs bathroom. Dirty towels in the washer when we arrived which I washed and dried. no other issues

The cabin was clean and well maintained, the game room was a lot of fun and the pool was just right for our kids

This was my families first stay with Aunt Bug, we loved it the staff was out of this world and the cabin was amazing.

The maintenance men went above and beyond when we had a few small issues. Thank you!

We stayed for two nights at #260 Gone Swimming for our daughter’s 8th Birthday. Staff was very helpful and friendly, check in & check out were simple & we had everything we needed & more. we all loved the cabin & pool & had a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

Clean and courteous. We called about the pool water being too cold and within the hour someone was there to correct it. Made the swimming experience more comfortable for the kids, thank you!!

Enjoyed the cabin and the privacy. Well stocked and beautiful inside. The pool and hot tub were both great.

We loved the cabin. It was well appointed, the beds slept great, pool/hot tub/porch were awesome and relaxing. The only complaint we had was the mosquitos were HORRIBLE. If you didn't spray immediately upon going out the door you'd have bites everywhere.

Nice cabins, great service, clean and refreshing stay, only negative is didn't get to check-in on time

As far as our check in the staff was very friendly but our cabin we stayed in could use a little more attention because the downstairs bedroom had a musty order which is were we slept on our three night stay because upstairs would have been to hot for sleeping it felt like the air conditioning had been cut off up there but as far as everything else we enjoyed.

House was good. Would suggest more/better cookware. Pool was nice. Hot tub overheated but was addressed quickly.

Aunt Bug's cabin rentals are truly the friendliest people to work with. The cabin was cute and cozy. Just what we needed for our vacation.

Your cabin was too expensive for the condition it was in. Stove top was used and hood light did not work. Many other cabins in area newer and much less in price. Pool was not worth the expense.

House was warm and inviting and spotless! The private pool was exceptional. Every detail was thought of as a home away from home. We were comfortable instantly! Didn't want to leave!

Our cabin was nice and clean. Our kids loved playing in the pool. The game room was quite a hit as well. The only downfall was neither bathroom had a bathtub...only a shower...which made it harder to bathe small kiddos. We had a great stay and would rent from Aunt Bugs again!

We were really pleased and and enjoyed the cabin it was our first time doin something like that and we will be back thank you.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin it was just my husband myself . We enjoyed the pool and the hottub. Hottub had a little to much chlorine but we still enjoyed it. Husband kicked my butt at air hockey. Lol. Would definatly recommend Aunt Bugs to everyone.

Very nice. But needs some TLC. Door sqeek badly. Bees eating wood. Grill was very dirty. Caught fire.

The cabin was good however the TV in living room never worked right even after maintenance came out. Had to watch one channel. The hot tub quit while we were gone and when the lid was opened it had odor of dead fish. The pool was great.

Cabin was clean and ready for use. No waiting. Loved the ease of use of the mobile app before, during and check out after the stay. Great job by your team and technology!

The cabin was very accomodating for our needs. We had the items necessary to make a home cooked meal. We also thought it was clean.

The cabin provided a great getaway for our family. My 2 sons loved the pool, air hockey table, and Foosball table. We all had a great time.

Cabin was nice and in a great location. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient.

The cabin was wonderful. Some one stold the batteries from the tv remote before we got there. The dryer made a very loud noise we were to scared to use it. The pool bottom did have some dirt, it needed swept out. But all in all we had a good time.
