The service and company was good to work with. However, I never saw any mention of multiple flights of stairs to get into house, the terrible muddy rd, or absolutely terrible parking that was straight up.

Cabin was clean, comfortable and looked just like the pictures.

Everything bc was great and my family had a wonderful stay. I do have 2 complaints though. Number one would be I couldn’t stay longer. But number two is the drive way (I no there isn’t much that you can do about it) it’s very steep

The Falcon Crest cabin was very clean and perfect for our family! The WiFi was always working, and it was nice to sit in the hot tub at night. Thank you!

satisfied with house. a little strange that there were needed repairs prior to arrival that I was not made aware of and then fixed while I was out (also not made aware that someone would be at the house during my stay). otherwise lovely home with nice amenities.

We had a great experience at the cabin. Check in and out was smooth and easy and the cabin was spotless when we arrived. The hot tub had a very strong mold smell that stayed in our swimming suits which we believe was because it’s winter and it hasn’t been used for a while. We otherwise enjoyed everything around the cabin and will Definitely go back And recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

This was our first experience with a Smoky Mountain vacation, so I wasn't sure what to expect - especially in the middle of COVID. But the staff member was great on the telephone helping me make the reservation. (We took the "trip insurance" because of the cancellation policies, which seems pretty typical for the area's cabin rental companies.) We loved the cabin. It was beautiful inside and very clean. Everything was in good working order, except for a broken toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom. The location, features and furnishings provide a great opportunity for relaxation. We made good use of the hot tub and the gas fireplace. There are a few cabins close by (one next door and one up the hill). They are close enough that you can hear occupants of the neighboring cabins talking if they are outside. However, the trees are thick enough that each cabin seems secluded. I'm glad we checked in before dark because the drive up the mountain to the cabin was a little nerve-racking for this flatlander. But the directions they gave us at the office led us right to the place. There are several steps up the front of the cabin which can be tricky in the dark. We found that walking around the back was easier. We definitely enjoyed our visit. (Those travelling with us kept telling me "You did good." regarding the choice of cabin.) Thanks to the folks at Aunt Bugs for making it possible. We hope to return.

Everything was great. Struggled with lockbox to get key, had to call rather late in the evening. Call was answered quickly, and a very friendly young man helped us get into the cabin. Cabin itself was clean and well stocked, exactly as pictured.

Great experience booking/checking in and out. Would recommend an AWD or 4 wheel drive vehicle for staying at this cabin.

Cabin was great. If I had to fault my experience it was that the utilities were not up to spec. The silverware was poor quality and old, The bread knife was broken, not enough large coffee mugs. Fairly minor stuff - I look forward to my next stay.

Overall experience was very good. The express check in was very much appreciated. The cabin was pretty clean. More towels and toilet paper would have been nice along with a working ice-maker.

Pros: beautiful home, friendly check in, clean and true to picture. Cons:Unaware of how high up a drive it was. Maybe warn drivers of how steep this is. You need to have a certain type of vehicle! Vacuum needs to be replaced. Chord was splitting and smelled bad. Iron was broken on top and very burned bottom. Ironing board was broken. Upgrade pool sticks... tips bad. Would recommend maybe cards or board games. Lights around hot tub area would be nice. There was one in the tub, but it was difficult to see where to step getting out. Very pleased w house overall. Very beautiful decor.

We absolutely loved the cabin that we stayed in we would recommend our friends to stay at aunt bugs cabins for sure.

This was our first time booking through Aunt Bug’s. We stayed at Falcon Crest and the cabin was very clean. The check in process was super easy and we did not have to stop by the main office. Everyone I spoke to regarding our booking was very friendly and helpful. One of the blinds in the king suite was broken prior to our arrival, but it did not affect our stay. The gps did not get us to the exact location, but we were able to find it following the road signs. I would suggest updating the description that you have to either walk up a lot of stairs or up the hill in the event a future guest is not capable of doing so. Overall we had a great stay and would look into staying with Aunt Bugs again.

My family and I had a wonderful time in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin was awesome and in a great location with picture perfect views.

This was our first trip to the Smoky Mountains and we wanted it to be a mountaintop experience. It was! The cabin was lovely with everything we needed to relax and have fun with our family. We enjoyed the hot tub and billiards as well as lots to watch on TV when it rained. If you want a cabin that is not in a "cabin community" then this is right for you.

The cabin was beautiful. Very steep stairs to walk up to the cabin. The only problem we had was if we wanted to use the big jacuzzi bathtub, one of the windows didn’t have blinds and looked straight up to another cabin. Also, the blinds behind the bed need another pair because we stayed up with the bright light from the cabin beside us. But all in all the cabin was beautiful.

Great cabin and service. Cabins hot tub was off and took day to heat up. Bedroom main missing a blind. But overall I would return.

After reading several bad reviews on my way to TN, I was very nervous! However, we had a great experience. The staff was pleasant, the cabin was ready early, the directions to were easy and it was perfectly clean and neat when we arrived! We had a great short weekend and checkout was so easy! We will definitely rent from Aunt Bugs again!

We loved the cabin, it was clean and beautiful. The roads to the cabin were pretty scary for someone not use to the mountains, but it did get easier as the week went on. Only negative thing would be the couch desperately needs to replaced in the cabin. It has seen it's better days. Overall it was a great vacation.

Great communication, plenty of updates with the app. Cabin was better than expected, only suggestion would be to maybe have somoen time tot time blow off the deck and stairs.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable..However, no Internet as advertised which caused some stress because we wanted to get some work done and chose this cabin because Internet was advertised. Placed call Saturday morning for repair person to come check it, but no one called to see if anyone showed up or not.

The cabin and view absolutely blew us away! The fireplace kept us warm, the view of downtown kept us intrigued and the pool table kept us entertained. Aunt bugs you just inherited "lifers"!!!

Our rental, Falcon Crest, was perfect for our family of four. The cabin was amazing. There are a lot of stairs at the front entry but a walkway to the back is easier to navigate when carrying bags in. The office was easy to find and the staff friendly and helpful. Checkout via app, internet, or phone was nice as well. Thanks Aunt Bugs for a relaxing place to stay!

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed our cabin rental (Falcon Crest). The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The only complaint would be that we thought the cabin was secluded, and it wasn't.

I'm assuming this is not for publication.... The cabin was great, just as represented, and was clean. There were a few small things we noticed that I thought you should be aware of for future reference: Dead batteries in two of the three remotes, several chipped and cracked glasses and mugs, inadequate cooking utensils, the ceiling fan in the master is out of balance, and a porn video was left in the DVD player. None of that soured our experience, and we will certainly be coming back. Many thanks! GP

you did great! we loved the cabin. the pool sticks need repair, none worked, and the pool table needs leveling as you can't play on it at all. everything else was [email protected]

It was almost 1 year ago. We loved everything except the steps. Next time we would prefer a shorter climb to the front door.

We had a wonderful time and the cabin could not have been more ideal. I only regret that we couldn't stay longer but we do have plans to return for a longer visit
