The cabin was beautiful. A little to steep in mountains for my family, but we had an amazing time. We saw a huge bear coming back to the cabin. The rat in the cabin trash under the coffee table from previous guests was the only con. Everything else was nice. The cabin was very family friendly.

Aunt Bugs did a wonderful job. We had a little issue with the extra pillows when we arrived, but as soon as they knew what was going on, they fixed the issue with ease. They were very understanding when I told them things that I forgot to do on my end.

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.

*Rescheduled stays will have 6 months to come and must stay in the original cabin booked.
