The cabin was very nice and roomy. Very impressed with it. I would like to add that the tree was nice…but the cabin could have been decorated alot more being it was Christmas.

Overall, a great experience. The cabin was clean upon arrival, the A/C worked well, exit instructions were clear, and the beds were comfortable. The only gripe I had is the trash cans were full which did not let us throw out ours at the end of our stay.

Check-In was very easy and so was our stay! Aunt Bug's service was excellent. The cabin is beautiful and the views are unbeatable! We enjoyed sunrises, Dollywood's firework and drone show, sunset, and even a thunderstorm all from the decks. The hot tub was a nice touch for relaxing after long days on the go. Dinner out is a quick, easy drive and dinner in was pretty simple, too. The location was perfect to feel isolated from the crowds and yet be so close to everything. Nights were quiet and relaxing. We are looking forward to our next stay!

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.

*Rescheduled stays will have 6 months to come and must stay in the original cabin booked.
