Amazing Grace #264

The customer service received was wonderful! We had left a very bad situation from a previous cabin & stuck with no place to stay. I called Aunt Bugs & the lady was more than willing to help! I wish I could remember her name but I was so rattled when making the reservation, I completely forgot. She was fantastic & very sympathetic to our situation. The cabin was very clean & very well taken care of! Easily accessible & close to everything.

We loved our stay, always do. Aunt Bugs are always there if we need anything and gets whatever is needed, immediately. Will always call them for our next vacation stay. ❤️✝️

We love renting from Aunt Bugs. The cabin itself was one of my favorites thus far, but it could have used some more dishes, extra large mugs and some more seating furniture in the family room. Other than that, it was great.

The cabin was amazing, we had a blast. It was so easy to find, so close to town, the best water pressure I’ve ever seen, and beautiful inside! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We had a great stay. I love the Bible and check in book.

Making the reservation, check in and check out was overall very easy and smooth. The cabin was fairly clean, a few Cob webbs were found, the hot tub wasn't working, but someone came out and fixed it quickly. However it took it almost 9 hours to get up to temperature. Overall it was a smooth enjoyable experience.

It felt like home when we entered the beautiful cabin. It was peaceful and made us feel amazing. I am a Christian so I chose amazing Grace because I love God and his grace is amazing. The loved the journal because I write daily Post on my Facebook groups called, "The voice of encouragement" and "One Voice of Survival and Strength" maybe you could check them out they are public groups. The only thing I recommend is making sure the cleaning crew checks for low cobwebs inside. There was a huge one really low at the downstairs jacuzzi and in the living room. Also maybe to add a few more chairs outside and a table for outside grilling. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Everything went well we got an upgrade that was beautiful, we did want pool access which was not available in the upgrade but it was beautiful cabin very easy to get to and a great view, everyone was so nice and reachable. We enjoyed our stay

Everything was great. Had a few cobwebs in the cabin, but we took care of it. Had a great time.

This 2 BR/2 BA cabin was nice overall. The kids loved the hot tub and the community was peaceful. The carpet does need to be cleaned as there were stains in the bedroom. The most disappointing thing was the bed on the main floor. It was as hard as a rock, extremely uncomfortable and we woke up after the first night aching. As we were there for 7 days, we went out and bought a mattress pad to provide some sort of cushion. The dishwasher is very loud and right next to the bedroom wall so I recommend you run it 1-2 hours prior to going to bed. The shower makes a loud noise while running. The owners really need to invest in a decent mattress. The trash can is kept on the deck so we had nightly visitors from a family of raccoons (once at 4AM as they were having a party on the hot tub cover!) and learned quickly not to put any trash in that can. We also came home to a skunk on the deck. We didn't have a problem with the animals and they didn't bother us. But they are definitely all around this area. We loved the convenient location as we were only 5-10 minutes from most activities in Pigeon Forge. The team at Aunt Bugs were all great.

You guys were great. The cabin needs help! The couch was aweful no one would sit on it.....nasty!

We enjoyed our stay. The Aunt Bugs representative was Great and very helpful. The cabin location was just what we wanted. It was A Busy weekend and we were able to get around pretty easy. The cabin needs some updating but was clean. we would visit again.

I enjoyed everything about the cabin, except the size of the main television and the shower curtain should have been replaced. Other than that great place.
