My mother and father stayed in A Panoramic View 2 #139. I can't say enough about how professional and nice Eric at the booking office was throughout the stay. Upon arrival my parents found the gas fireplace not working, but the next day the company had the vendor come out and fix it. My parents had to give the cabin a good cleaning and the towels that were there were dirty and the hot tub and Jacuzzi seemed as if it hadnt been cleaned. They had to clean both very well. I think the place is in a perfect spot and was secluded just as the description said. There is no internet or wifi and the signal for your GPS will stop working unless you get the specific map for directions to the cabin. Its difficult to find without GPS or wifi. Overall the stay was just what my parents needed. They only said the place needs to be cleaner and they need to replace the basics like towels that are dirty and do a better cleaning with the tubs. Thanks for the lovely stay and hopefully this feedback will help with others experiences at this location.

Finding the vacation getaway was not the easiest because of the sometimes unmarked roads leading to the cabim. The cabin was clean and well kepy. By description we were led to believe there would be a washer and dryer (not). Another minus would be no internet. Be aware that the road leading up to the cabin is not paved with no lights, dusty and sometimes hard to maneuver in the dark This being our only complaint. If you love the area, the quiet, this is definitely the place to enjoy. We will use Aunt Bug's services again.

As described....Except for the surprise of no washer and dryer, brochure said what supplies to bring which included laundry detergent . And it is in the "WOOD'S". very steep dusty dirt road, hard to maneuver, totally pitch dark at night (no lights), however we loved it, even with only receiving one channel on the projection tv. AS DESCRIBED, Only downfall was no washer and dryer. One of the said to bring supplies was laundry detergent. And it is definitely in the "WOOD'S", very steep and dusty road, very hard to maneuver especially when it's pitch dark and sometimes foggy with no lights. The projection TV was a hoot only one channel westerns all night long.

Friendly and easy check in and check out process. Panoramic View 2 is a harder cabin to find as gps will not take you to it. A map would be my suggestion for future renters.

This is a great little cabin in the woods. It was exactly as represented on the website. Upon arrival, it was very clean and modern. The view was not as great as the photos showed only because of all the leaves on the trees (looks like the photos were taken in the winter), but there is still a great view of the mountains and that did not detract from the experience.

We brought our two young children (ages 6 and 8) and this cabin was great for the four of us. There is a pull-out sofa bed which they slept on and a king-sized bed. This is basically one large room with a private bath. The kids had fun exploring the woods around the cabin and there is a little campfire pit where you can roast marshmallows.

It is convenient to Sevierville (about 20 minutes), Pigeon Forge (about 25 minutes) and Gatliburg (about 30 minutes).

There is a full kitchen with coffee maker, full-size fridge, full-size range and oven, can opener, etc. The TV is actually a projector projecting on a large screen with DirecTV and a Blu-Ray Player.

The ONLY fault I found was actually finding the cabin. We used the virtual check-in so we did not physically go to the rental office, therefore we were not provided with written directions. We relied on Google Maps which will get you as far as Blackberry Lane but will not get you all the way to the cabin. However we called the management office and they were able to email us directions which we used to locate it. Just a quick note, Blackberry Lane is a dirt road with little to know marking on the main road. Google will get you on Blackberry Lane but from there you’ll need to follow the directions provided by the management office. You’re basically turning into a driveway and then going up another driveway, but nothing is marked on Blackberry Lane.

Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Aunt Bug's and this specific cabin. We really enjoyed it and will be

The cabin was great, once we found it. I couldn’t find any directions on the website or app.
