The condo was beautiful, well equipped. Only issue was the TV in the Kids room with the bunk beds did not have a power cord. I tried to get one so the girls could watch tv upstairs however we were not able to connect. Our cell service was not working in most places in the area including the condo.

Communication was great and all details were included as needed. Home was clean and accessible as expected. Starter items provided were more than sufficient for our stay. TV/cable box had been disconnected (possibly by prior tenant?) but we were able to reconnect as needed so we had television service.

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.
